This is something quite special. It is a reduction. We use on our summer roast vege salad, its great on roast vege. We also caramelize Beetroot on the BBQ with it. On a roast meat, or ribs.This is also really nice as a drizzle over your salad, or in a vinaigrette.
Mr Pickles loves it on French Vanilla Ice cream. Its very versatile.
