A proper caramelized Red Onion Relish, it is broiled, infused and slowly cooked to achieve optimal flavor and caramelisation over 2.5 days. A delicious accompaniment for your hot dogs, steak sandwiches or steak dinner. In your gravy or with a cracker and cheese. It has many uses, and it has very low sugar. It is an intense flavour and not a lot is needed.
