A very old recipe, with punch. The beautiful sauce which is very much a pickle. Cloves, Turmeric, Mustard & Curry. It is lovely finely sliced in egg or potato salad.
Can be enjoyed straight from the jar, With cheese or to garnish a burger.
TIP: Freeze the sauce into ice cubes and pop it into your stew, soups, marinades or gravy.
INGREDIENTS: Pickling Onion, Malt Vinegar, White flour, brown sugar, Mustard, Curry, Turmeric & Cloves
