It has been selling out for a year now. Strong on the garlic flavor, A great cooking sauce. condiment, marinade or base flavor. Amazing with any lamb dish and equally satisfying with any grilled meat. A stir-fry accompaniment and a go to for your meat patties and steak, Also a lovely addition to a mushroom sauce.
A few even love to add lashings to their poached eggs.
INGREDIENTS: Onion, garlic, malt vinegar, NZ Ghost Chili, (some home grown here) chilli, salt, organic molasses, apple juice, brown sugar.
