A garlic lovers dream with a Ghost Chili kick!

It has been selling out for a year now. Strong on garlic flavor, a great cooking sauce, condiment, marinade or base flavor. Amazing with any lamb dish and equally satisfying with any grilled meat. A stir-fry accompaniment and a go to for your meat patties and steak, also a lovely addition to a mushroom sauce.

A few even love to add lashings to their poached eggs.

Ingredients - Onion, garlic, malt vinegar, NZ ghost chili, (some home grown here) chilli, salt, organic molasses, apple juice, brown sugar.

Happily stored in the pantry.
