Pickled Beetroot 500gm

Locally grown, delicious Beetroot, just like you had as a kid. A welcome accompaniment to any salad, burger, sandwich or as a condiment with your favourite cold meat. Chop into a bowl with feta and mix through baby spinach as a simple yet tasty salad. In the summer you could add some fresh basil.
